October 15, 2015 – Will the ‘Age of Ignorance’ and Denial of Vaccine Damage in the US Come to a Close? And Will Our Congress Heed the Call of Parents Whose Children Have Needlessly Suffered and Died?
Much has been discussed in the news to vilify those who question the efficacy of vaccination–let alone rebuff the issue of mandatory or ‘forced’ vaccination such as proposed by legislators in California. Yet many of our politicians have no idea as to the implications of the mandatory vaccination legislation they propose. Nor do many of their constituents know the facts that have been concealed as a result of our US Congress’s passage of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. This act exculpates manufacturers and physicians who administer vaccines from liability for injuries causally related to vaccination. Because doctors and pharmaceutical giants have no accountability to the American people, there can be no lawsuits against them, no discovery, and consequently, no motivation to make a safer product. This is a basic cost/benefit analysis of doing business. But this should not be the basis for our American justice system. Any system that disallows holding a wrongdoer responsible, is unAmerican. Whether it be a manufacturer who produces a tainted product, or one that is inadvertently produced or not properly tested– anyone who is adversely affected should have the right to sue for injury and redress–to have their chance to air their grievance in a court of law. Yet, this is NOT what occurs when someone is injured by vaccines in the United States. It seems unimaginable that an entire industry is protected at the expense of lives lost or ruined–but that is just what is happening. Protecting one industry at the expense of the people is unimaginable in a civilized society. More specifically, this could NOT be the type of justice our founding fathers would had envisioned as a cornerstone of liberty. Yet, of paramount importance, it is self-evident that by insulating manufacturers and purveyors of tainted goods from liability, improvements will not occur–simply, because they don’t have to make them. In the traditional corporate structure, profits are paramount over people–that is the traditional corporate bottom line. Otherwise, shareholders could object that their profits have dwindled and the corporation has violated its fiduciary duty to maximize shareholder profits. That is how corporations work. Even though these entities may be considered people under the law,–they have no conscience like real people–they are akin to unfettered sociopaths–looking only to profit and maintain image–nothing more. But alas, one human who appears to have a conscience has stepped forward. According to sources, Dr. William Thompson of the CDC has made his way to US Rep. Bill Posey’s office to discuss incongruencies in data reported to the public and to the mainstream media. It also appears that Representative Posey (R-Florida) requested in July of 2015, a congressional committee investigation regarding alleged CDC fraud and wrongdoing. Through such a congressional inquiry, it would be expected that suppressed CDC data related to vaccine safety tests should be brought to light. Yet, no matter what the the state of this ongoing congressional inquiry, Italian courts have consistently ruled since 2012, that Vaccines Can and Do Cause Autism. This revelation was revealed through discovery, something that is not obtainable in the US due to protections afforded the vaccine industry by Congress in 1986, during the Reagan administration. But for those who wish to peruse the Italian Court’s discovery of the once ‘confidential’ 1271 page GlaxoSmithKline Confidential Clinical Safety Report of 2011, I would refer you to page 626. This page provides the empirical data, that is, the number of ‘vaccine induced’ cases of autism during clinical trials–in addition to other induced maladies thrust upon these victimized and vulnerable ‘test-subject’ children. Remember, if bad things happen in clinical trials–they certainly happen outside of them. The imperative here, is to stop more tragedies from occurring.
