Will the US Supreme Court Hear a Case About the Unfairness of Vaccine Court?

March 21, 2014 – If you thought the legal system wasn’t fair, wait ’til you hear about vaccine court and all the injured turned away, families devastated by medical bills and children they will have to support the rest of their lives. These once healthy children will eventually fall on the public dole because no one was there to help them, the government failed, the health officials failed, the medical officials failed…while the pharmaceutical companies gleaned their share of the profits. This is one of the most heinous criminal act any government could allow to be done to their own people–akin to eugenics. So if your lawmaker is pushing for mass vaccination–or curtailment of exemptions to vaccination–vote them out –or everyone, including these children’s caretakers, will be next! This can be seen as most evidence in the case of Ilya Dobrydnev who recently filed to be heard before the US Supreme Court. The parents of Ilya Dobrydnev, a recipient of a hepatitis B vaccination in 2001 at the age of 10, fell ill after the shot. Plagued with fever, swollen lymph nodes, inner ear inflammation which eventually culminated in debilitating memory loss. Ilya, now 23, is disabled by chronic fatigue syndrome. According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), “Chronic fatigue syndrome, or CFS, is a debilitating and complex disorder characterized by profound fatigue that is not improved by bed rest and that may be worsened by physical or mental activity. Symptoms affect several body systems and may include weakness, muscle pain, impaired memory and/or mental concentration, and insomnia, which can result in reduced participation in daily activities.” The CDC also has stated that CFS may have multiple causes as no singular cause has yet been identified by the CDC. “Conditions that have been studied to determine if they cause or trigger the development of CFS include infections, immune disorders, stress, trauma, and toxins.” To date, we know that vaccines have multiple toxins, including aluminum adjuvants, and polysorbate 80. The CDC claims aluminum adjuvants are safe, but studies listed in the National Center for Biological Information as far back as 2009, done by two British Columbia scientists, Shaw and Petrik, discuss contrary findings in lab experiment using aluminum adjuvants finding that “Aluminum hydroxide injections lead to motor deficits and motor neuron degeneration in lab studies.” This study took place on mice but was studied in relation to Gulf War syndrome and other maladies. On the issue of another vaccine ingredient, Polysorbate 80, an article by Canadian paediatrician, Dr Lawrence Palevsky suggests that polysorbate 80 in vaccines may allow other vaccine ingredients to enter the brain and other organs. He warns, “Polysorbate-80 is used in pharmacology to assist in the delivery of certain drugs or chemotherapeutic agents across the blood-brain-barrier.” With all these toxins at play, aside from the virus, foreign DNA, and all else being injected into our nation’s children, it is no doubt that some will be injured. The question becomes, will lady justice play fair? So far, many have not been made whole, many can never be. But at least if there is a system that is fair to all involved, some semblance of justice can be done. Will our nation’s highest court take heed–we’ll just have to wait and see….
